We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of product development, bridging the gap between customer needs and cutting-edge technology. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to drive value, enhance user experiences, and shape the future of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Support the Product Team with discovery, feature exploration, and user testing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and shape the product roadmap.
- Manage customer feedback and assist in product launches.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like DevOps or JIRA.
- Experience in B2B and B2C user experience and design.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using various product tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
