We are currently recruiting Press Operatives / Machine Operators / Production Operatives to join a modern, state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term, stable work with a growing employer during an exciting period of expansion and relocation.
The Role
As a Press Operative, you will be working in a fast‑paced steel manufacturing environment, supporting production and maintaining high‑quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating press machinery and production equipment
- Feeding materials into machines and monitoring output
- Handling, inspecting and packing finished steel components
- Maintaining quality and production targets
- Working effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals with experience in manufacturing or production environments. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience as a Press Operator, Machine Operator, Production Operative or Factory Worker
- Experience in steel, metal, or heavy manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and good hand‑eye coordination
- A reliable work ethic and excellent attendance
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
