Salary: £ 13.50 – £ 14.87 an hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client\’s busy team in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Administrator

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently through Sage 200
• Liaise with internal departments regarding delivery dates and customer requirements
• Support customers with enquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery queries
• Assist the team leader with day-to-day operations as required
• Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Essential Skills & Experience – Sales Administrator

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Desirable Skills – Sales Administrator

• Experience using Sage 200 (preferred)
• Proficiency in Office 365 (preferred)
• Experience in in using Excel, spreadsheets and word
