A growing organisation is looking for a Network Engineer to join a project-focused team delivering network and infrastructure solutions across a range of client environments. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to move away from BAU support into project delivery, working across modern network technologies and security-focused environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering network projects including implementations, upgrades and migrations
- Working across routing, switching and network security environments
- Supporting firewalls, VPNs and connectivity solutions
- Assisting with network optimisation and performance improvements
- Troubleshooting issues across client environments
- Producing technical documentation and following best practices
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a Network Engineer or 3rd line role
- Hands-on experience with: Cisco (or similar - Juniper / Aruba / HP), Routing & switching, Firewalls and VPNs
- Understanding of network security and modern networking concepts
- Exposure to project work or a desire to move into a project-focused role
- Certifications such as CCNA are beneficial but not essential
