Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a secure role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated production facility in Droitwich.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern equipment, develop your technical skills and play a key role in maintaining production performance.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production and site equipment.
You'll also support continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing reliability, efficiency and uptime.
Responsibilities
- Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns efficiently
- Reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings
- Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset reliability and performance
- What We\'re Looking For
- Completed engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or industrial environments
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills with mechanical competence
- HNC/ONC or equivalent engineering qualification preferred
- Experience working on automated machinery and production equipment
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques would be advantageous
