Supply Chain Planner
Location - Malvern
Salary - Β£32 - Β£36k depending on experience + excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of raw materials and finished goods to agreed stock holding levels.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to support replenishment and production planning activities.
- Monitor stock levels, shelf life, stock rotation, excess inventory and slow-moving products.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring supplier delivery performance meets business requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and customers to facilitate effective supply chain management.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and maintain service levels.
- Create production and conversion plans to support factory operations.
- Support new product launches and product exits while minimising waste.
- Produce customer reports relating to material availability and supply performance.
- Maintain and update master data across business systems.
- Provide support and information to internal stakeholders across commercial and operational teams.
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Planning, Forecasting or Inventory Management role.
- Experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing, food packaging or fast-paced production environment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong forecasting and demand planning experience.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Confident communicator with experience managing supplier and customer relationships.
- Proactive approach with the confidence to make informed decisions, escalating and collaborating with your Line Manager when required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
