HR Manager (Temp to Perm)

Malvern | £65,000 - £80,000 DOE (£33.33 - £41.05 per hour equivalent) | Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or HR Lead to join a growing manufacturing and engineering business in Malvern during a period of significant organisational change.

Initially offered as a temporary assignment of approximately 2 months, this role has a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right person.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the HR function for a site of around 400 employees, supporting managers and leaders across manufacturing, engineering, operations and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational change, restructures and consultation processes
  • Manage complex employee relations cases
  • Partner with leaders to provide commercial HR advice and support
  • Coach managers and develop people management capability
  • Lead and support a small HR team
  • Oversee HR administration and payroll activities
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

About You

  • Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HRBP or similar HR leadership role
  • Strong employee relations and change management experience
  • Experience leading HR teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Hands-on, proactive and commercially focused approach
  • CIPD Level 7 preferred, although qualified by experience candidates will be considered
