Production Operative Position Type: Straight Permanent Role Location: Leominster, HR6 (Full-time, Factory-based)
Salary: £29,374.80 per annum (rising to £30,030.00 after successful probation)

Hours: 12-hour shifts (4 on, 4 off rotation, alternating between days and nights)

- Operate frying or packing machinery to ensure high-quality snack production
- Monitor production systems, report issues, and minimise downtime
- Complete daily routines and quality checks to maintain high production standards

- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Ensure all food safety standards are maintained throughout production
- Team Collaboration & Problem Solving
