We are recruiting Production Operatives / Factory Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site in Leominster. This is a straight permanent position offering long-term stability, structured training, and opportunities to increase earnings through upskilling and overtime.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in factory, warehouse, food production or machine-based environments who are comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
The Role
- Operating production, frying or packing machinery
- Completing routine quality checks to maintain food safety standards
- Monitoring machines, identifying faults and reporting issues promptly
- Supporting production targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Working closely with colleagues to minimise downtime
- Following all health and safety and food hygiene procedures
Full training is provided, and candidates with transferable factory or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
