If you are an organised, proactive individual looking to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team which is part of a global enterprise. This is an exciting support role to the sales team, also offering the opportunity to work collaboratively across departments.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Support External Sales Team: Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth sales processes and client satisfaction.
- Customer Enquiries: Handle a variety of customer queries, offering solutions across commercial, technical, and logistical areas.
- Offer and Quotation Preparation: Assist in preparing and delivering offers and quotations, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
- Technical Submittals: Help prepare and deliver technical submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure best practices in CRM management, keeping customer data and sales opportunities up to date.
- Marketing Initiatives: Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote company products and services.
