Estimating Sales Administrator
Salary: Β£26,534 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Mon - Fri based in Ledbury
About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Estimating Sales Administrator to join a busy internal sales and estimating team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with data, producing accurate quotations, and supporting customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing estimates and quotations, maintaining CRM records, analysing information using Excel, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and professionally presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue estimates, quotations and sales documentation
- Support customers with commercial, technical and logistical enquiries
- Analyse and manage data using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer informationAssist with technical submissions and project documentation
- Track opportunities and support the sales pipeline
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments
- Ensure all information and pricing is entered accurately and efficiently
- Support marketing initiatives and business development activities
- Undertake general office and sales administration duties
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Confident working with numbers, data and pricing information
