Are you highly organised, proactive and ready to play a vital role in a fast-paced procurement environment? We're looking for an Administrator to join a dynamic Procurement team, supporting the smooth running of buying activities, supplier deliveries and system administration. As a key link between suppliers, buyers and internal teams, you'll help drive supplier performance, ensure on-time deliveries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Procurement team with daily buying activities and order progress tracking.
  • Coordinate supplier deliveries to achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal stakeholders to maintain an efficient supply flow.
  • Maintain accurate system data (vendors, pricing, lead times, etc.) and support ERP integrity.
  • Manage and resolve supplier and invoice queries in collaboration with Accounts.
  • Contribute to new part introductions, RFQs, benchmarking, and cost analysis.
  • Assist in preparing and reporting procurement KPIs.
  • Support the creation and management of supplier SLAs and internal procedures.
  • Identify and implement improvements in supplier performance and delivery accuracy.
