Our client is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead, shape, and deliver impactful internal communications that drive engagement, support business transformation, and foster a culture of transparency and trust. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking meets delivery, and where your voice will be heard by colleagues at all levels. You’ll play a pivotal role in change initiatives and guiding communication strategies around sensitive and complex topics.
Some key duties will include:
- Lead Internal Communications: Develop and deliver strategies aligned to business priorities, shaping narratives for transformation, change, and employee engagement.
