Our client is looking for a customer-focused Recruitment Consultant who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. As part of the People Team, you will work in-house, driving the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers across a dynamic, technical business. Whether you come from an agency or in-house background, if you love creating exceptional candidate experiences and contributing to a collaborative team, this would be a fantastic opportunity for growth and development.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from vacancy briefing and advertising to screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Deliver a professional, positive experience for every candidate
  • Build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers across multiple departments
  • Keep recruitment records, pipelines, and ATS data accurate and up to date
  • Support talent pooling, early careers programs, and recruitment events
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes

£TBA on application.
