About the Role
As a Senior Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of venue operations and delivering a seamless client journey from start to finish. You will be responsible for a mix of administrative, customer service, and coordination tasks, ensuring all client interactions meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client journey touchpoint assets
- Support client engagement and deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare and maintain client-facing areas to venue standards
- Handle booking enquiries, process payments, and make outbound client calls
- Input, update, and manage client data accurately
- Coordinate client catering requirements
- Maintain booking systems and associated schedules (Checkfront)
- Align client activity with product expert schedules
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You will ideally have:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a client-facing administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Ability to work independently and support wider team functions
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Good numeracy skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work alternate Saturdays as part of a 5-day rota
