We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer of steel-encased passive fire protection systems based in Brierley Hill.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Workshop Operative, Assembly Operative or General Operative looking to join a small, supportive team.

Previous manufacturing, production, or workshop experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided on all machinery and processes.
The Role
Working within a close-knit team, you'll support the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring products are manufactured accurately and to a high standard.
Duties will include:
- Operating workshop machinery, including a bench press and CNC saw
- Measuring, preparing and processing materials
- Carrying out quality inspections and checks
- Supporting production requirements across the workshop
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Experience That Would Be Beneficial
- Production or manufacturing experience
- Workshop, engineering, or factory experience
- Machine operating experience
- Assembly, fabrication, or general operative experience
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (desirable but not essential)
