We are looking for a Foundry Operative for our industry leading client based in Droitwich.
Hours: Rotating Shifts – Mon -Th 5.45am to 13.45pm Fri 5.45am to 11.45am / Mon – Th 2pm to 10pm Fri 12.00pm to 19.05pm
Pay: £14.49 per hour
As a Foundry Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
- General labouring duties around the Foundry department
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements
- Working to manufacturing processes within a team
Production Operative Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role can be physically demanding
- A keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality finish
- Previous factory, Foundry or Labouring experence is essential
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
