Our client, a trusted provider of social housing across Wyre Forest, is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical works in social housing properties
- Fault finding, repairs, and remedial works
- Installation and replacement of electrical components
- Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs where required)
- Working to schedules while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Completing accurate paperwork and reports
- Providing a professional and courteous service to tenants and clients
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 (or equivalent) Testing & Inspection qualification
- Experience working within social housing
- Knowledge of disrepair and void processes
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
