Location: Dudley (Soon relocating from Dudley to a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Worcester). All candidates must be able to commute to both locations due to factory move.
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business during a period of significant change. Our client is relocating from Dudley to a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Worcester and are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse FLT Operatives to become part of their team. This is a fantastic time to join the business, as you will play a key role in supporting their growth and transition into this state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures.
- Ensure products are packed securely and labelled correctly.
- Product Movement: Safely move products from the production area to the warehouse using FLT, ensuring correct documentation and accurate stock levels.
- Stock Accuracy: Ensure that stock received from production matches the paperwork and is stored in the correct location within the warehouse. Report discrepancies immediately to supervision.
- Loading & Dispatch: Confirm transport details for outgoing orders, ensuring accurate paperwork and correct product handling. Follow all dispatch procedures for both dedicated and next-day collections.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Understanding of warehouse systems, commercial invoicing, transport processes, and production orders.
- 2 tonne Reach Truck & 3 tonne Counterbalance licence (essential).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer literacy is essential for managing warehouse systems and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Hours of Work:
- Pattern One - Monday to Tuesday 7am - 3:30pm / Friday 7am - 2:30pm
- Pattern Two - Monday 11:30am - 7pm / Tuesday to Friday 10:30am - 7pm
