About the Role
We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Dispatch Coordinator to join a busy logistics and warehouse operation in Blaenau Ffestiniog. This role will support the day-to-day coordination of goods in, dispatch, and stock control activities, ensuring materials and products are accurately processed, recorded, and distributed. You'll work closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams, managing dispatch documentation, booking goods into stock, supporting inventory control processes, and maintaining accurate records. This position would suit someone with experience in goods in, goods out, stock control, or logistics administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong Excel and data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process dispatch notes and coordinate daily dispatch activities
- Book goods into stock and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support stock control activities, including raw materials and packaging stock management
- Complete data entry and maintain logistics records within stock management systems
- Assist with invoicing, purchasing, and goods receipt processes
- Coordinate urgent deliveries, collections, and internal site transfers
- Support quality control reporting and administration functions
- Liaise with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with stock checks and inventory audits as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within goods in, goods out, dispatch, logistics, or stock control
- Experience working with dispatch notes and inventory processes
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Experience using stock management, ERP, or warehouse management systems (SAP desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment
