Our client is a global company offering excellent opportunities for driven, ambitious individuals looking to forge a long-term career. The Market Support Analyst will be instrumental in supporting data-driven decision making and valuable insights for business growth and therefore requires a tenacious individual with exceptional communication skills to work and support across the Window Solutions team.
A year in industry, experience gained through an internship or experience within a similar role will be considered. Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Collaborating with departments both in the UK and overseas, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Your insights will play a key role in product launches and ongoing business operations in the UK Fenestration sectors.
- Providing critical market analysis support by delivering data, trends, and insights to enable timely and informed decisions.
- Reporting on KPI's.
- Creating and maintaining sales controlling dashboards.
- Developing customer-specific overviews and market insights.
Skills and experience required:
- A degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent is preferred.
- A year of industry experience or relevant market analysis experience gained through an internship is advantageous.
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems is beneficial although full training will be provided.
- Strong project management/organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
Based in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire our client offers hybrid working after probationary period and a salary of £25,000 - £33,595 (depending on experience).
