We are recruiting an Estimator to join an established and fast‑growing construction specialist delivering solutions for office, education, and healthcare environments. The Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preconstruction, producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for works. Working closely with management, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams, you will help ensure tenders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for office, education, and healthcare projects.
- Carry out quantity take‑offs from drawings and specifications.
- Compile and issue enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyse subcontractor returns and assist in value engineering.
- Assist with tender submissions, clarifications, and pricing reviews.
- Interpret architectural and technical drawings to support bids and project delivery.
- Support procurement planning, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Attend site surveys and pre‑start meetings as required.
- Support variation pricing and commercial queries as projects progress.
- Develop positive relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Skills & Experience
