Sales Consultant (Apprenticeships & Training)
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)
Location: Worcestershire / Birmingham / travel across the West Midlands
Working Pattern: Hybrid / Flexible Working
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
We're excited to be supporting a well-established training provider in their search for a Sales Consultant to drive employer engagement and business growth across the West Midlands.
This is a consultative sales role focused on building relationships with employers, understanding their workforce needs and finding apprenticeship and training solutions that genuinely make a difference.
You'll develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing and new employer partnerships, working with everyone from SMEs to larger levy-paying organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning new employer partnerships across the West Midlands.
- Promoting apprenticeships, skills bootcamps and training solutions.
- Building and managing a pipeline of prospective employers.
- Conducting employer consultations and workforce planning discussions.
- Managing employer accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- Attending networking and business engagement events.
The role would suit someone who has worked within a 'services' sales environment and enjoys regular face to face networking with local businesses across the West Midlands/
About You
- Experience in apprenticeship sales, employer engagement, training, recruitment or B2B sales.
- Exceptional networking skills
- Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven with strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
