We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a highly positive, well-established local manufacturer supplying specialist technical baking raising agents to the food industry. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work in a manufacturing or factory environment and is looking for long-term stability, progression and regular financial rewards.

Shift Pattern (Rotating):
- 06:00 - 14:15 | Monday - Friday
- 13:15 - 21:30 | Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual handling of food ingredient bags (up to 25kg, repetitive lifting)
- Operating large industrial mixing machinery
- Completing production and quality paperwork
- Maintaining a high standard of factory cleanliness
- Adhering to food safety and health & safety regulations
- Wearing required PPE, including masks (powdered environment)
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT (advantageous but not essential)
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on production work
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production or factory roles is beneficial but not essential
- This Production Operative position could be suitable for candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker-Packer, Assembly Operative, Factory Operative or Factory Worker
- Counterbalance FLT licence desirable, not essential
- Good attention to detail and a positive, reliable attitude
- Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to rural location
