This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data-driven systems. You'll be responsible for core administrative and financial duties to support the smooth running of the operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage sales data in preparation for invoicing
- Produce weekly and monthly invoices and customer reports
- Assisting with management accounts
- P11d Tax returns
- Prepare nominal ledger journals and reconcile trial balance monthly
- Assist with quarterly-in-advance invoicing
- Respond to customer queries regarding insurance and QA
- Provide ad hoc customer reports as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data
- Able to follow defined processes and work independently
- Experience with Sage and Xero ideally
- AAT level 3 qualified essential
