We are currently recruiting an Assembly Production Operative to join the Ceramics department of a global leader in precision manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected company. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Inspecting moulds to ensure they meet high-quality standards
- Using ceramic materials to smooth out imperfections and achieve a perfect finish
- Handling small, delicate components with care and precision
- Following set manufacturing processes and quality guidelines
- Working in a seated position throughout the shift
- High levels of patience and attention to detail
- A steady hand and ability to focus on intricate tasks
