Administration Assistant (Financial Planning)
Working for an Award winning and well-established company who offer a high- quality financial advice service to their portfolio of prestigious clients. This additional member of the administration team will play a key role in supporting the day to day administration within the office. Providing an exceptional level of customer facing service, and with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you will have excellent attention to detail and an interest in working within a Financial Advisors\’ environment.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing high quality administrative support to a designated portfolio of clients
- Processing and collating client information
- Ensuring clients are retained by providing a regular and efficient service
- Preparing all Client Reviews and processing new business
- Liaising with all Agency providers
- Inputting accounts and expenses
- Keeping up to date with all new literature and information on procedures
- Any other duties as required
Skills and Experience required:
- Exceptional customer facing skills
- A confidence to deal with High, Net Worth clients
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Fantastic team player
Some experience of working within a financial services environment would be ideal, but not essential. An interest in the industry and willingness to learn is key.
Based in the centre of Worcester, our client is looking for a full -time, office-based person. Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, salary is dependent on level of relevant experience (c£24 – £28k)
