Health & Safety Trainer Worcester Competitive Salary My client is a well-established market leading global manufacturer based in Worcester and they are seeking a new Health & Safety Trainer to join their existing team. As a Health & Safety Trainer your role will focus on all day-to-day training of all H&S training requirements for all staff. Health & Safety Trainer Responsibilities; – Delivery of mandatory H&S training activities across a range of disciplines – Ensuring that all staff attend H&S courses – Identifying any training needs within the H&S arena – Maintaing departmental H&S training records – Providing technical support to all colleagues Health & Safety Trainer Requirements; – Must hold industry recognised qualifications against training activities such as Manual Handling, Crane Training, FLT and other H&S related topics. – Have an in-depth understanding of H&S legislation. – Hold or working towards a nationally recognised H&S qualification. – Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. – Ability to work under pressure with multiple supervisory staff. – Ability to develop and deliver a range of H&S training activities. – Good report writing skills.
