Customer Service Administrator If you are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service this would be a great opportunity to join as Customer Service Administrator within the Customer Services team. Some key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):: Process orders and related paperwork promptly and accurately. Handle customer inquiries and orders through phone and email. Manage customer amendments, from sales orders to dispatching and invoicing. Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure smooth coordination with other departments. Manage online customer portals, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate. Support the team with filing, archiving, and administrative duties. Ensure smooth handling of product returns and manage customer complaints until resolution. Skills and experience required: Strong administrative experience. IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using customer portals for administration tasks. A hands-on, team-oriented approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
