Are you a commercially focused FP&A professional looking for a high-impact role within a fast-paced, PE-backed technology business? Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of forecasting, modelling and strategic insight while partnering closely with senior leadership across the business.
This role would suit a qualified accountant with strong analytical capability, advanced modelling expertise and the confidence to influence stakeholders at Executive level.
The FP&A Manager RoleYou will play a key role in driving financial performance, delivering meaningful commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the monthly FP&A reporting process for Executive and Board reporting
- Owning end-to-end cost forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling
- Producing insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Supporting cost optimisation and procurement initiatives
- Developing and enhancing financial models, reporting tools and dashboards
- Managing and developing a junior FP&A team member
- Driving continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and governance processes
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Proven experience within an FP&A environment
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience within SaaS or technology environments would be advantageous
- Exposure to Power BI, SAP, Jira or Salesforce would also be beneficial
