Are you a commercially focused FP&A professional looking for a high-impact role within a fast-paced, PE-backed technology business? Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of forecasting, modelling and strategic insight while partnering closely with senior leadership across the business.

This role would suit a qualified accountant with strong analytical capability, advanced modelling expertise and the confidence to influence stakeholders at Executive level.

The FP&A Manager Role

You will play a key role in driving financial performance, delivering meaningful commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the monthly FP&A reporting process for Executive and Board reporting
  • Owning end-to-end cost forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling
  • Producing insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Business partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Supporting cost optimisation and procurement initiatives
  • Developing and enhancing financial models, reporting tools and dashboards
  • Managing and developing a junior FP&A team member
  • Driving continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and governance processes
About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Proven experience within an FP&A environment
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience within SaaS or technology environments would be advantageous
  • Exposure to Power BI, SAP, Jira or Salesforce would also be beneficial
