We are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial Temp Team at Hewett Recruitment. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal move, showcasing the growth and development potential within our business.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a well-established industrial desk that is already performing well, working as part of a collaborative team of three experienced Recruitment Consultants. This is a genuine opportunity to hit the ground running, as you will:
- Work with a strong portfolio of existing clients, including big-name brands like Specsavers.
- Manage the entire 360 recruitment process, from building relationships and securing vacancies to sourcing and placing exceptional candidates in both temporary and permanent roles.
- Have the opportunity to make your mark by growing the desk further, bringing in new clients through business development activity and expanding on an already solid foundation.
This is a unique role where you’ll have the best of both worlds – a strong, loyal client base to work with immediately, combined with the chance to develop and grow the desk, ensuring its continued success.

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Industrial Temp sector.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
- Proactive and driven to grow the desk through business development activity while maintaining strong client relationships.
