My client is a well-established engineering company that designs, manufactures and supplies a range of products. As a Production Manager, your role will focus on providing production leadership and management across two sites, health & safety and ensuring that production targets are achieved.
Production Manager Responsibilities;
– Provide production leadership across two manufacturing facilities
– Ensuring that Health & Safety procedures are put in place
– Develop & train all production staff and measure performances
– Ensure that all products meet design and client expectations
– Providing technical support to all production staff and the wider team
– Identify areas of improvement and lead continuous improvement activities
– Ensure that all production targets are achieved
Production Manager Experience;
– Previous experience working in a Production Manager or equivalent position
– Experienced working within ISO9001 standards
– Implementing lean manufacturing techniques
– Experienced in achieving production targets
– Experienced using an ERP/MRP system would be beneficial
– Excellent communication skills are essential
– Must be a team player
