To help drive this we want to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants. You will work as a 360 Consultant, focusing on developing relationships and managing the whole recruitment process to a successful end. You will be expected to pick up on existing live requirements on what has traditionally been a very profitable desk, with further opportunities to build your client base through proactive business development activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in Permanent recruitment, preferably within IT, although other similar disciplines will be considered. What is most important is a dedication to providing high quality customer service to your clients and candidates. You should also be able to evidence how you have built up your client base using a variety of Business Development methods, including using the phone, networking and targeted campaigns. We have offices in Kidderminster and Worcester and access to co-working spaces in Gloucestershire and the option to work from home. With this in mind, you could be based anywhere across the Three Counties and the South West.
