The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering impactful campaigns across search, social and other digital platforms.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day management, optimisation and reporting of paid media activity, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly against strategy, budgets are controlled and KPIs are consistently met.

Working closely with the Growth Lead and the wider Growth team (including CRM and performance creative), you’ll ensure paid activity is aligned with broader growth and trade plans. You’ll also be a trusted point of contact for clients, surfacing clear insights and supporting testing, research and planning to drive results.

What You\’ll Do

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social and other channels, ensuring delivery against agreed strategies and media plans.
  • Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure spend is efficient and aligned with client goals.
  • Apply optimisation best practices to improve efficiency, ROI and overall performance.
  • Produce clear, actionable reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, with commentary on results, trends and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to highlight opportunities and inform future strategies.
  • Support the Growth Lead with research, testing and planning, including creative testing and audience insights.
  • Co-own execution of A/B and multivariate testing to identify the most effective approaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging paid media tools, features and opportunities, sharing relevant developments with the team.
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact for campaign delivery, budget and reporting queries.
  • Present updates, insights and performance results with clarity and confidence during client calls and check-ins.

What We\’re Looking For

  • 3-4+ years experience in paid media management, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong executional proficiency in paid media platforms (with a focus on Meta and Google).
  • Ability to work independently when necessary and have a proactive mindset; you don’t always know the answer but you are determined to figure it out.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working with e-commerce and lead generation focused businesses (D2C and B2B).
  • Comfortable with client communication: able to explain the “what” and “why” behind campaign activity.
