Hethersett Academy is recruiting a reliable Behaviour Manager to support pupils temporarily removed from lessons.
The role is based at Queen's Road, Hethersett, NR9 3DB, with a 37-hour week over 5 days and 42 teaching weeks, starting October 2026.
You will supervise students in the Behaviour Room, record observations, liaise with parents, contribute to behaviour policy and line-manage Behaviour Officers, within the Inspiration Trust framework.
