Your Role
As an
Independent Consultant for Hetmos / Hetestate / Hetwealth
, you act as an independent advisor and a trusted point of reference for our clients.
Your missions—depending on your expertise and network—include:
- Introducing Hetmos to executives, shareholders, investors, wealthy families, or influential partners.
- Identifying opportunities related to:
- company disposals or acquisitions (M&A),
- strategic real estate transactions,
- complex wealth and asset structuring issues.
- Qualifying client needs and managing the initial relationship before handing over to our internal teams.
- Representing the Group with posture, language, and credibility consistent with the luxury universe.
- Building long-term trust-based relationships with your contacts and with our organization.
Profiles We Are Looking For
We primarily value
network quality and professional posture
over standard CVs.
Senior profiles:
- Consultants, business developers, bankers, real estate agents, financial advisors, lawyers, accountants, family office advisors, executives.
- A strong, active network of executives, investors, or clients with high decision-making power.
- Experience handling confidential matters with significant financial impact.
Junior profiles:
- Early-career professionals, provided they are introduced or recommended to our target audience.
- Excellent relational skills, natural credibility, and a premium service mindset.
- Ability to open qualified doors, even without initial technical expertise.
No prior experience in M&A, real estate, or wealth management is required
: we provide full training and ongoing support to our consultants.
