Right now, we are looking for a Specialist Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Recovery Cafe in Wandsworth.

As a Recovery Worker, you will be managing a caseload of clients who need early intervention or preventative support with their mental health. You will deliver group activities and one-to-one sessions, co-produce recovery plans, and empower service users to engage with professionals across the community such as mental health teams, housing providers, and social services. The role also involves monitoring wellbeing and safety, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring referrals and reviews are timely. Day-to-day, you will contribute to a supportive team environment, working flexibly to meet service needs and contractual obligations while promoting recovery-focused approaches. You will be working between the hours of 3.30pm - 11.30pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
