Right now, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Team. Sounds great, what will I be doing?
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative recruiter to join our team and support hiring across our services. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, identify ideal candidate profiles, and source talent through a variety of channels including CV databases, professional networks, and talent pools.
You will conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' skills and values, attend local recruitment events, and build strong relationships with job centres, universities, and colleges. You will also work with our volunteering team to promote internal opportunities and support the development of a strong talent pipeline.
In addition to sourcing and engaging candidates, you will coordinate recruitment activities to ensure timely advertising and a smooth candidate experience in line with organisational policies.
