Right now, we are looking for a Pool Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
You will be supporting our service users along their recovery journey in a trauma informed and person centred way making sure you utilise empathy and support approach throughout. Working in a shift pattern as part of a team of recovery and support workers providing guidance and support to service users as well as providing immediate relief for any crisis that may arise and liaising with any appropriate organisations.
What do I need to bring with me?
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don’t have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application. You need to have experience of supporting people suffering with ill mental health in an accommodation based setting and be able to demonstrate an ability to use software to track, manage, and report on any service requirements.
