You will also have a good understanding of welfare benefits legislation and health and safety, alongside experience addressing the causes of homelessness and developing effective interventions with service users.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, you will be highly organised, able to manage a busy caseload, prioritise competing demands, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes. You will be a strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and the wider community. A proactive, solution-focused approach is essential, along with the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. You will be confident using IT systems and databases, maintaining accurate case records and reporting.
