Hestia is seeking an Employment Specialist to join our Employability Services in Haringey.

You will support up to 20 clients with mental health conditions to secure meaningful employment using the IPS model, working closely with clinical teams.

You will build strong relationships with employers, tailor job opportunities, and provide job search guidance, referrals, and KPI tracking.
