What We Offer
- Pay: £14.70 per hour
- Hours: 12.5-hour shifts, 3 days on / 3 days off (steady rolling rota) excellent work-life balance! plus opportunities for overtime.
- Holidays: 19.6 shifts AL per year

A Day in the Life of a Team Leader
- Lead by Example: Cultivate a positive, professional environment—be a role model for your team in delivering excellent care.
- Champion Individual Rights: Safeguard the dignity, voice, and well‑being of the adults in our care—promote independence and self-advocacy.
- Oversee Quality & Compliance: Keep meticulous records, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure all policies and procedures are met.
- Develop & Empower: Train, coach, and mentor staff to their full potential. Conduct supervisions, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
- Encourage Independence: Facilitate daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, and meaningful community engagement.
- Stand-In Management: Confidently step up in the manager’s absence—your leadership keeps everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Minimum 12 months working with adults who have learning disabilities or mental health needs.
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults)
- Attitude & Values: Person-centred, reliable, and enthusiastic about improving the lives of others.
