Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Lewisham.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

  • To provide a high quality, person-centred and recovery focused support service to all clients.
  • To oversee the development, implementation and review of comprehensive, user-led assessments, support plans and safety plans in partnership with service users.
  • To work as a team with other Support Workers to deliver appropriate support at each stage of service users' recovery.
