Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a Pool Worker to play a pivotal role in our Brent Cove MHCA service in Brent.

The main purpose of this role is to be a people-centred professional who can quickly build rapport and communicate effectively with clients in distress. You will stay calm during sensitive conversations, using strong crisis management and de-escalation skills to support individuals through challenging moments. You will lead engaging activities, work compassionately with vulnerable people and ideally bring experience in mental health or autism-related settings. You will apply safeguarding knowledge confidently, stay organised, balance support with administration, maintain accurate case notes and contribute positively within a team. You will uphold an inclusive, non-judgmental approach that respects diversity and promotes equality.

You will provide non-judgmental care that promotes wellbeing, respect diversity and upholds dignity while supporting vulnerable people with sensitivity and professionalism.
