Right now, we are looking for a Waking Night Workerto play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Servicein Tower Hamlets.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
You will aim to support service users in the following areas: improve their health and wellbeing, improve their quality of life, connecting with the community, have appropriate goals, and control in their life choices and achieve economic well-being.
You will ensure all support plans focus on areas where support is needed and promote positive risk taking. Service users will be offered a range of activities and opportunities to engage in voluntary and paid work. Each service user will have a move-on plan which is reviewed every 6 months with the resettlement team.

You\βll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don\βt have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you\βre willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.
You will have experience of supporting people with ill mental health with a strong understanding of recovery approaches and experience recording accurate and financial and critical information
