Right now, we are looking for a Out of Hours Intervention Worker to play a pivotal role in our Criminal Justice Service in Highbury. Sounds great, what will I be doing? Providing admin and other support to colleagues, particularly in relation to compiling documents relating to residents medication, curfews and sign-in registers. Completing welfare checks on residents in the Approved Premises. Ensuring timely and accurate recording of information on electronic databases, and completing tasks to a high standard. Following protocols, encouraging compliance with curfews/drug that detailed, concise and accurate records are created contemporaneously, that information is shared appropriately, and that confidentiality is properly maintained. Using initiative to identify and deal with additional tasks or issues as they arise What do I need to bring with me? You'll need to learn quickly, gather information effectively and make defensible decisions, as well as accurately receive, process and record detailed information within confidentiality requirements. Working as part of a team is essential, leading by example and taking a practical, hands-on approach to tasks such as cooking, gardening, household duties and leisure activities. A solid understanding of safeguarding issues and the ability to address them appropriately is also key.
