Right now, we are looking for a Floating Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Criminal Justice - Mental Health accommodation in Brent, London.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
- Empower a caseload of service users to manage their health and wellbeing.
- As part of a team, support a staffing rota offering support to service users between the hours of 8am-10pm Mon-Sun each week.
- In collaboration with your team, actively monitor wellbeing, mental health, housing and living environment to ensure service users' journey into independence.
- Take a solution-focused and co-produced approach to supporting service users with their move-on into independent living.
