Working closely with probation services, police and other partner agencies, you will help create a safe, structured and supportive environment that promotes rehabilitation while ensuring public protection remains at the heart of all activity.
You will build positive relationships with residents, encourage engagement and compliance with licence conditions, and provide practical support to help individuals move towards greater independence and stability. An understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice and professional boundaries is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
This part time role involves working two nights on, followed by six nights off on a rolling rota. This role is open to female applicants only, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
