Right now, we are looking for a Group Activities Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Kensington the important thing is that you're willing to learn.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with mental health needs and a strong understanding of service user engagement, particularly for individuals who may be reluctant to access support.

They should have experience of co-production, promoting equality and diversity, managing services and budgets, and involving service users in shaping service delivery.

Excellent knowledge of mental health conditions, relevant housing and welfare legislation, and safeguarding principles is essential, along with strong leadership, communication and partnership-building skills.

Candidates should also be confident using IT systems to maintain accurate records, produce reports and monitor the quality of service delivery.
